Private and semi-private sessions are available for all yoga and meditation to offer more detailed, personalized instruction. Private yoga lessons are especially beneficial for beginners, anyone that has questions regarding their practice, or specific needs such as injuries or health concerns.

Private Sessions – 

$40 for 30 minutes for 1 person (+$10 for each additional person)

$75 for 60 minutes for 1 person (+$10 for each additional person)

Gentle Flow Yoga

This is a vinyasa style yoga that focuses on conscious breathing with movement that links postures to form a continuous, mindful flow.  It will leave you feeling calm yet invigorated and aids in balancing the bodies energy system.  Some prior yoga experience is recommended, but not required. 

Restorative Yoga

This is a gentle, calming, therapeutic yoga that is practiced with the use of props to achieve mental and emotional relaxation, as well as physical healing. 

Yin Yoga

This is a powerful healing practice that stresses the connective tissues and aids in increasing flexibility, circulation, and moving energy through the body. More of a meditative practice, the postures are passive floor poses held for 3-5 minutes.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is simply described as effortless relaxation. It is a powerful guided meditation technique that induces deep relaxation of the body-mind with the ultimate goal of increasing self-awareness.  Studies have shown that yoga nidra may help with insomnia, depression, anxiety, addiction, and chronic pain.
